We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, or other factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Returns are accepted only for incorrect or defective items received during delivery. You must inspect the product at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately to the delivery personnel. Returns for change of mind or personal preference are not accepted. Refunds for verified returns are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
