Our Return Policy
At SilverLyne, your satisfaction is our priority. Returns are accepted only for incorrect or defective items received during delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or other non-quality-related reasons.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be inspected at the time of delivery.
- The item must be incorrect (does not match the order) or defective (damaged/broken).
- The issue must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel.
- Proof of purchase (invoice) must be presented.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product is correct and free from defects (e.g., change of mind or personal preference).
- Perishable items (unless incorrect or defective).
- Personal care and hygiene products.
- Requests made after leaving the delivery location without inspection.
Return Process
Inspect the product upon delivery and confirm it matches your order and is free from defects.
If the item is incorrect or defective, immediately inform the delivery personnel and show the invoice.
The delivery personnel will collect the item, and we will initiate the refund process upon receipt.
Refund
Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process your refund. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
